Zoho, Zapier and OpenAI Integration, No Coding at its best!

This is an interesting integration we have helped develop for a telemarketing company using Zoho.
Various calls happen on a daily basis in Spanish. OpenAI tools such as Whisper are used to translate and transcribe the recordings.
Post that various analyses are done on the recording content using ChatGPT which is then fed back to Zoho to help out the agents.
The whole solution was built using no coding tools such as Zapier.
